Mindful Grieving

Date: Wednesdays

Time: Arrive by 10.30 for a 11.00 start. The sessions last two hours.

Length: Six week course

Cost: An introductory cost of £300 is available for 6 sessions

This Mindful Grieving Programme is a powerful introduction to the essential components of our somatic-based approach to grieving. Participants will have an opportunity to look within to access their resiliency and inner wisdom. Everyone is invited to join, regardless of where you are in your grief journey. Throughout the 6 Weeks, we will explore the following themes:

  • Creating a safe container to grieve in
  • Presence and body awareness
  • Unconditional love & acceptance
  • Evolution of identity through grief
  • The process of change

The following tools will be taught to support you in your journey

  • Guided meditation
  • Journaling
  • Group sharing
  • Yoga/movement
  • Relaxation/integration
