Time: 7.30 – 8.30am

Cost: £15 per session. If booked on a six-week basis, sessions are £12 each.

Hatha Yoga is your time to unwind, de-stress, and calm the mind, whilst improving strength, flexibility and mobility in the body. This gentle yoga practice is a beginner’s course.
