We are delighted to be announcing partnership sessions with mental health awareness expert & two-time TEDx speaker Amber Cowburn; bringing you world-class training, right here at House of St. John’s. 

Amber works globally with businesses to improve their workplace wellbeing and become more mental health aware. Over the last few years, she has also trained thousands of individuals, equipping them to proactively look after their own mental health and wellbeing. 

We are delighted to welcome Amber as a resident trainer, as her work fits perfectly with our ethos here at House of St. John’s; creating a holistic and supportive work community in a setting that supports wellbeing. 

The Wellbeing Wednesday workshop is a meet up to discuss topics such as; 

Stress management

Reframing negative thoughts

Breathing techniques

What is self-care

Small wellbeing habits that make a big difference

Signposting to support

Building resilience

Use your mid-week lunch break to learn with us. Each session will focus on a different topic, packed with actionable tips, and delivered with enthusiasm! 

Please feel free to bring your lunch or coffee, get comfy in the House’s peaceful events space, and learn about a wellbeing topic over your lunch break. 

Open to all local businesses and business-people, entrepreneurs, and individuals. No prior knowledge or experience, and all backgrounds welcome. Come along and get upskilled!
